For International Competition, TSN follows the IASF Cheer and IASF Dance Rules and Scoring along with ICU Rules and Scoring TSN will adapt to the traditional divisions and scoring of the home country.

COACHES CHECK-IN
Arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes prior to your performance time. Coaches Check-In will be at the Front Door to pick up your coaches wristbands, athletes wristbands, and warm up schedule.
WARM UP
Cheer Warm Up will be 32 minutes prior to your performance time. Check-in to stretch mat 8 minutes, tumble mat 8 minutes, full foam floor 8 minutes, hold 8 minutes.
Dance Warm Up will be 30 minutes prior to your performance time. Check-In 5 minutes, stretch mat 5 minutes, turn mat 5 minutes, marley floor 5 minutes, hold 5 minutes.
Athletes are encouraged to have their own personal water bottle for the warm up and performance time – water stations will not be available to avoid cross contamination and spills.
SPOTTERS
Spotting is allowed for your own team. Individuals must be designated as spotters and not wearing a team uniform. Refer to the Spotters Policy. Also, please be sure to remove credentials, hats and any other apparel that may inhibit the ability to spot your team. Appropriate athletic footwear is required on the mat. No heels or shoes with wheels.
FIRST AID
First Aid will be on-site throughout the day if there are any injuries – please notify one of our staff that will assist you. Samaritans will not treat pre-existing injuries – please plan to have your own medical staff for that.

PARKING
Very few large team buses parking avaliable for free on site, please reach out to Galia by email to secure your spot, based on a first to come first served policy.
General parking avaliable in the P12 or in the airport parking.
MUSIC
Music will be played from your device with an aux cord or adapter at the DJ table. Please make sure to set the device to Airplane Mode or DND, have the volume set to the max, and set the screen settings to not turn off.
MEDIA
Routine videos will be posted on TSN ReWatch Wednesday on YouTube. During the competition day, The Spirit Network will post some photos and videos of the performances on social media.

COMPETITION FLOOR
Cheer categories: Cheer categories take place on a 9-Panel carpet bonded foam floor.
Dance category: Dance categories will take place on a 12m x 12m Marley surface.
FOOD STAND
The Geneva Arena is providing some food stands, which won't be open all day long.
Type of food avaliable: bagels, burgers, French fries, sandwiches, ... Drinks will be available all day long.
CHANGING ROOMS
No changing rooms are available.
Competitors must arrive competition ready.
We might have a bag room available for use during warm-up and competition. This space will only be lightly monitored by our staff.
SHOP
Event merchandise and souvenirs will be available on-site - to ensure an event t-shirt - pre-order by April 10, 2026
BID DECLARATION
All Bids must have a Pre-Declaration and approval of the Event Manager prior to the division Awards Ceremony. This will be done at Coaches Check-In.
REGISTRATION
Each team (per age category and not per club) can have two free entrances for their coaches/ assistants, but these persons cannot compete. Those two persons have to be registered as coach/assistant in the team registration system otherwise they will have to pay a spectator ticket. Warning! Registration changes will be accepted until 6 May and then the schedule will be set and final for divisions.
JUDGES
Judges will be on-site for the event.
