Shea Crawford attended Snead State College and was a member of the 2001 UCA Collegiate National Champion Cheer Team. He finished his Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations at Hawaii Pacific University where he was an assistant coach for the 2005 & 2006 NCA Collegiate National Champions in D II Small and Large Coed. Shea then moved to Brandon where he coached for 8 seasons coaching tumbling and teams to multiple NCA, Cheersport and UCA titles. Shea was part of the Junior Silver coaching staff that won Brandon’s first ever NCA title and triple crown. Shea also coached Senior White to their 4th place finish at Worlds in the medium Coed Level 5 division. Shea speaks nationwide on Tumbling Safety and Technique. Shea is the Tumbling Director, Facilities Coordinator and Director of BA Technique Camps and Clinics and this will be his 15th season at Brandon All-Stars.

Cat Haley comes to us from Stafford Springs, Connecticut as the owner of Cat Haley Cheerleading (CHC) and The Cat Haley Method. With over 25 years of industry experience, she began her journey at a small gym in rural Maine where she developed a passion for all-star cheerleading. At 18, she moved to Marietta, Georgia where she attended Kennesaw State University and super-seniored for The Stingray Allstars Orange. After an undefeated season on the Medium All-Girl team including gold at the 2013 World Championships, Cat worked at Rays for the remainder of college. Coaching levels 1-5, she saw much success including multiple NCA, CHEERSPORT and UCA wins, and the 2015 Summit Championship. She was also a member of the first Nfinity Legends.
She eventually moved back to her home state where she started CHC. During Covid, she pursued virtual training with a focus of flyer flexibility and jumps training. Since 2020, Cat Haley Cheerleading has been used by thousands of athletes from 49 states and 21 countries. Cat is passionate about training athletes with a focus of injury prevention and educated strategies, which is showcased in The Cat Haley Method- a pre-recorded system meant for athletes of all ages and abilities to learn and achieve their goals from home. Outside of her virtual training, Cat’s passion is speaking at conferences and helping coaches improve their strategies. She also travels the US and beyond to host athlete clinics and training sessions.
Cat is excited to be a 2025 Cheer Daily 40 Under 50 Honoree for The Cheer Awards! This list honors the best industry leaders including coaches, choreographers, creators, owners and innovators.

With over 35 years of experience as a club owner, coach, and choreographer for schools and All Star programs, Nicole has dedicated her life to shaping the cheerleading industry from the ground up. Her leadership and expertise have earned championship titles across all levels in both Division I and Division II, including a USASF World Championship in 2008 and a Bronze Championship in 2009.
Nicole’s impact extends beyond the floor as a respected professional judge, having served in Overall, Performance, ACCUSCORE, and Score Check roles. Her leadership positions include Peer2Peer Mentor, elected NACCC member for the Southwest Region, and Connection Leader for the USASF. She now serves as Chairman of the USASF Board of Directors, continuing her mission to build trust and lead with purpose.
A certified life coach, Nicole is passionate about helping others live happy, joy-filled, purpose-driven lives. At home, she’s been happily married for 18 years and is the proud pet parent of four lively Shih-Tzus: Buddy, Bella, Boogie, and Baby Breckyn.
Nicole’s journey is defined by a deep love for the sport, a relentless drive for excellence, and a commitment to helping others rise along the way.

Sean Guzman, Top Gun Miami's own home grown Tumbling Director has been with the program for over 25 years. Rising as an athlete through the program competing with teams such as TGLC, OO, and also coaching teams such as Lady Jags, Sick6 and C4, he now continues to help build the program and the Top Gun legacy. His days are spent running the tumbling program, managing all skill based classes, and running all special camps and clinics offered at Top Gun Miami. Sean's experience in all star cheer expands across the United States and the globe by teaching athletes, coaches, and gym owners alike through camps, clinics, and conferences.
