TSN Waiver Declaration

By attending and participating in any The Spirit Network event I understand that there is a possibility that I, or my participant, may incur or suffer physical illness, injury and/or other damages. I, on behalf of myself and my participant, waive, release and forever discharge all rights and claims that may arise now or in the future against The Spirit Network directors, owners, staff, sponsors and venue of the event or other associated representatives for any and all damages.

I acknowledge that I will be responsible for paying any medical treatment that I, myself, or my participant may receive as a result of injury or illness suffered during our attendance and/or participation in any The Spirit Network event. Should I, myself, or my participant be injured or become ill during our attendance and /or participation in any The Spirit Network event, I authorize The Spirit Network to seek emergency medical attention for myself or my participant.

I give my permission for my participant to be photographed, videotaped and/or audio taped to be used in print or broadcast media as deemed appropriate for promotion of any event activity directed by The Spirit Network and for publicity surrounding participation in any of these events. I waive any rights that I or my participant may have to approve or disapprove the finished product and/or use of such materials and to receive any royalties, profits or proceeds from such materials or finished product.

PHOTO POLICIES

• No professional video or photo (cameras with detachable lenses) allowed in the competition venues.

• For athlete safety, there is no recording or photographing performances of teams outside of your program.
