Are you affiliated with any National Organizations or Governing Bodies?

The Spirit Network is a member of the US All Star Federation.  TSN follows the age grid and division guidelines of the USASF.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • 75% refund if cancelled 2 months prior to event date.

  • 50% credit to another event in season if cancelled 8-2 weeks prior to event date.

  • No refund if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date.


 

Do you have a Stay To Play requirement?

For a majority of the TSN Events teams are welcome to use accommodations where they see fit.  For events that require room accommodations to book the facilities, STAY TO PLAY is required.  Watch for this icon to know which events are required.  Teams living within a reasonable radius of the venue are exempt based on approval from TSN. Stay-to-Play events require all registered athletes to book within the hotel block offered for a minimum of two (2) nights stay.

Do you offer individual, group stunt or cheerability Divisions?

TSN does not offer individual, group stunt or Cheerability routines.


What determines performance order?

Schedules are created with first registered, last to compete in a division


What is your Scoring Inquiry Policy?

Scores will be released after a division is complete and prior to the awards ceremony.  Coaches will have 20 minutes from the time the division is released to inquire through the scoring portal.  After that, all scores are final.  Behind safety, our #1 priority is to get the results correct.  If something looks like a human error please contact the Head Judge as soon as possible. All coaches have direct text access to the Head Judge throughout the event.


What are Crossovers?

Crossovers are athletes competing on two teams in the same category but different divisions.


What categories are offered by TSN?

Categories include Elite Cheer, Prep Cheer, Novice Cheer, and Dance.


What is TSN’s photo And Video Policy?

No professional video or photo (cameras with detachable lenses) allowed in the competition venues. For athlete safety, there is no recording or photographing performances of teams outside of your program.


What access control will we find at your events?

All coaches will need to show either USASF Membership or a current accepted background check to attend a TSN event as a coach receiving coach access.
