Hotel Accommodations and Coordination

The Spirit Network is excited to offer REWARD TO STAY!  Very few events require a hotel stay for the athletes and families BUT the properties that we select will offer a REWARD to your coaching staff based on the number of rooms your program purchases for the event.  This REWARD will be credited to the designated hotel rooms for your team coaches or management. In addition to the REWARDS, TSN will offer discounted hotel rates for most events this season. All events are open to both teams and the general public.

For the 2025-26 season, 

• TSN Bahama Royale (May 8-9 with a minimum stay of 3 nights per room) will be a 100% STAY TO PLAY event.

• TSN Marquee MAIN Event (March 27-29) will be a REWARD TO STAY for the Athlete Party on Friday, March 27.  All Athletes attending The Contenders Club must have a reservation confirmation number associated with their family name.

• TSN Hawaiian Royale (April 2-4) will be a REWARD TO STAY for the Athlete Party on Thursday, April 2.  All Athletes attending TSN Hō'olaule'a must have a reservation confirmation number associated with their family name.

• TSN Cali Finale (May 1-3) will be a REWARD TO STAY for the Athlete Party on Friday, May 1.  All Athletes attending TSN Winners Circle must have a reservation confirmation number associated with their family name.
