Erika is a cheerleading coach, educator, and judge based in Stockholm, Sweden. She currently serves as Sports Director for one of Sweden’s largest cheerleading clubs.

Erika has coached athletes at every level of the sport, from beginner teams to elite level. She is also an instructor for the Swedish Cheerleading Federation, delivering coach education and certification courses across Sweden.

Previously, Erika served as Chair of the Education Committee for the Swedish Cheerleading Federation, helping shape coach education and development nationwide.

In addition to her coaching and educational work, Erika is an active cheerleading judge, officiating at national and international competitions throughout Europe, including the 2025 and 2026 European Cheerleading Championships.

Erika is passionate about developing coaches, building strong organizations, and creating environments where athletes and coaches can thrive.

Joey Gamper Cuthbert is a best-selling author, speaker, and leading voice in athlete welfare, and culture change. A former dancer, cheer athlete, head coach, and programme owner, Joey has worked across the sport at all levels. As Team Manager for Team England Adaptive Abilities, she was involved in supporting the creation of the world’s first “proof of concept” AA team; which showcased at the ICU World Championships in 2016, returning the following year when the division opened competitively. She is also the Chair of SportCheer England - England’s national governing body for cheerleading and the author of “Squad Safe: A Practical Guide to Athlete Welfare and Culture Change in Cheerleading” ; championing safer, empowering environments for young athletes.

Marion Schweizer began her cheerleading career in 2000 with the FCSG Cheerleader (now Unity Cheer St. Gallen) and became one of Switzerland's most successful athletes in this sport. After winning multiple national titles and competing internationally, she transitioned into coaching, leading teams to continued success. She also worked as a coach at cheerleading camps across Europe for several years, sharing her expertise with athletes and coaches from different countries. As President of Unity Cheer St. Gallen and Head Coach of the Swiss National Team, she has played a key role in developing cheerleading in Switzerland, leading the national team to a historic silver medal at the 2025 ICU World Championships in Orlando.
