Sean Guzman is the Tumbling Director for the Top Gun All Stars Miami, Co-Owner of Inspire Cheer Camps, and Host of the Tumbling Through The World podcast. While growing up in the gym, Sean has coached a number of teams ranging from Senior 2, and Coed 4, to Lady Jags from 2012-2017 and Small International Coed, Sick6 in 2017 and 2019. In his career as an athlete and coach, he has reached a total of 6 World Championship Titles as former Lady Jags and Open Sic6 coach and TGLC and OO5 athlete. Along with coaching a number of tumbling classes and privates at Top Gun, he provides instruction for numerous camps nationally and internationally to coaches and athletes alike.

Lala Sabir is a highly accomplished cheerleading coach, athlete, and gym owner with experience at some of the sport’s most respected programs and international teams. As a coach, he has worked with Wilmington University, Neshaminy High School, and Team Netherlands Coed, helping athletes develop elite-level stunting, technique, and performance skills while building championship-level programs and team culture. In addition to coaching, he is also a gym owner dedicated to growing the next generation of athletes through training, mentorship, and innovation within the sport.

As an athlete, Lala is both a UCA College National Champion and an NCA College National Champion, showcasing his success at the highest levels of collegiate cheerleading. His athletic and coaching journey includes time at Wilmington University, Trinity Valley Community College, and Weber State University, where he continued to refine the elite skills and leadership style that have made him a respected figure in the cheer community.

Growing up in the small Czech Republic, Petra has dedicated her life to cheerleading, progressing through every level of the sport before beginning her coaching journey. Her biggest international achievement came in 2022 when she became an ICU World Champion with Team Czech Republic.

With her Prague-based club, Petra went on to win back-to-back European cheerleading championship. Her passion for cheerleading then took her to Barcelona, Spain, where she continued to develop as an athlete, competed at the highest level, and represented her team internationally.

Most recently, Petra fulfilled another dream by joining the legendary TVCC Cheer program in the United States. During her first season, she became an NCA National Champion and continues to represent TVCC for the 2026–2027 season.

Alongside competing, Petra has coached athletes of all ages and loves sharing her knowledge and passion everywhere she goes. She is passionate about helping others grow in confidence, master new skills, and enjoy the sport that has become her entire world.

Trisha Hart is an internationally recognized choreographer, consultant, and educator with more than two decades of experience shaping the cheerleading and dance industry. A former four-year varsity cheerleader at The Ohio State University, she has built a career that spans the United States and international markets, providing elite choreography, coach education, and athlete development to schools, universities, all-star programs, and national organizations.

Known for her innovative approach to performance design and competitive excellence, Hart has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, teaching choreography, leadership, and performance techniques while mentoring coaches and athletes at every level. Her work combines technical precision with creative artistry, producing award-winning routines that elevate both athletic performance and entertainment value.  Owning a dance studio and several cheerleading training facilities allows her insight to global organizations.

In addition to her international choreography career, Hart is a respected speaker, consultant, event producer, and media personality. She has contributed to the advancement of the cheer and dance industry through coach education, judging, competition leadership, and national conference presentations. Her passion for developing people and programs has established her as one of the industry’s trusted voices, influencing the next generation of coaches, choreographers, and athletes around the world.

I’ve been on the University of Hawaii at Mānoa cheer team for three years going into my fourth 

Fun facts about me I have a total of 10 siblings and I have a brother who actually lives out in Spain. 

My major at the University of Hawaii is business and a minor in communication. 

I’m planning on joining a welding company after college.

Gillian Rupert is an elite cheerleader and coach with over 20 years of experience in the sport. She trained at Cheer Athletics from a very young age before cheering three years at Navarro College and is now entering her third season with the Weber State University Cheerleading program.

Gillian coached tumbling and gymnastics at United Elite for three years and competitive all-star teams at Mustang Cheer in Dallas, Texas, for two years. In 2022, she traveled across the U.S. on the Cheer Live Tour performing cheerleading at 30 different venues. 

Gillian enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion of the sport through tumbling, stunting, and athlete development and looks forward to helping athletes reach their goals.
